1. Program description
Cubic sends transactional text messages to land-surveying professionals about fieldwork assignments. Messages may include the project manager's name, assignment due date, and a secure link to view project notes and files. Cubic does not use this program to send promotional or marketing messages.
2. How consent works
SMS consent is collected through a Cubic web form. Before a message is sent, the recipient's mobile number is provided and the SMS consent disclosure is affirmatively accepted. The consent option is not selected by default.
Cubic does not offer enrollment through a publicly advertised opt-in keyword or phone number. The program uses web-form consent for one-to-one transactional fieldwork notifications.
3. Opt-in disclosure
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Cubic about fieldwork assignments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
4. STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to any Cubic text message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you provide consent again. Message frequency varies based on fieldwork assignment activity.
5. Mobile data privacy
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that support delivery of the messaging program.
